We all have that girlfriend, daughter, sister or mother that is always difficult to buy gifts for. This is because when it comes to beauty and fashion, they are already at it. To be honest, they are actually the ones who gets excited with the little things, the ones that they can actually use on a regular basis. With that in mind, I have compiled some last minute stocking fillers that will not break the bank, my last minute holiday gift guide for her.
Last minute does not sound right, I know. Like buying the gift is just an afterthought. With last minute, I meant buying the presents at the last hour because you just could not decide what to buy them. Here’s hoping the following will make it easier for you to finally tick the last few names on your Christmas list.
Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm (£15)- I first came across this amazing cleansing balm recently as a this was included in Marks and Spencer’s beauty Advent calendar. I am highly recommending this as a present as I am sure that any recipient will absolutely love this product as much as I do. I was doubtful at first on how a balm can actually take makeup and leave your skin feeling thoroughly clean. After I tried it, I became a convert. This product leaves your skin so smooth and supple without a trace of any leftover makeup. The good thing is they have this starter mini jar complete with a cleansing cloth. They also cleverly packaged it in a bauble so you don’t have to bother with wrapping.
L’Occitane Festive Bauble (£10)- Another stocking filler that is cleverly packaged in a Christmas bauble is L’Occitane’s range of body and hand cream. They come in Verbena, Shea Butter and Cherry Blossom range. Who doesn’t love L’Occitane creams anyway? Whatever scent or range it is, they will gladly accept them as L’Occitane is one of the best creams in the market today. They have one of the most beautifully scented and wonderfully moisturising creams one could ever land their hands on.
Dyptique Candle mini (£20) – I will be honest and admit that I do treat myself to a Dyptique candle every now and then, yearly and on the months leading up to my birthday (a good excuse to splurge). Twenty pounds does not seem a lot but when you know that it is only 70 grams and that non-lux candles are four times the size with you paying the same price, then that is when it hits you. They might cost a fortune but it is the best candle out there for me. It has a clean scent with no synthetic after smell that most candles have after you put it out. All the scents are beautiful but my favourite is Baies. This candle is worth the price and any lady would be a happy bunny if presented with this in their Christmas stocking.
John Lewis Cashmere Socks (£18) – One of the little luxuries in life are Cashmere socks. Slipping into them during the cold months is one of the things to look forward to at the end of the day. This is one of those stocking fillers that will be cherished for a long time. This particular one does not cost an arm and a leg like most Cashmere products command. A very good value for a luxury product.
Radley Coin Purse (£17.50 sale price) – There is something adorable about this little dog that everyone wants to have a piece of it. Radley merchandise is one of the luxury products out there that comes with a price tag, too. For anyone wanting an entry level item to this brand, their coin purses are also made with their signature good quality leather with the cute dog logo on the front. The good thing is they are on half price sale right now. So what are you waiting for, click on the link above right now.
